This role is for a People Operations Coordinator at Cursor, a company focused on automating coding. What you'd actually do

  1. Own the new hire coordination process end-to-end, from adding new hires into our HRIS to sending welcome communications.
  2. Run new hire orientation: greet employees on day one, guide them through onboarding, and make sure they leave feeling set up for success
  3. Maintain accurate employee data in Rippling, ensuring that new hires, terminations, job changes, and other lifecycle updates are reflected correctly and on time
  4. Take ownership of people data accuracy across the full employee lifecycle, proactively flagging and resolving discrepancies before they become downstream issues
  5. Respond to employee and cross-functional inquiries in #team-people on Slack with a friendly, helpful, and compliant response every time

Skills

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination or, People Ops, or a similar administrative/operational role
