This role is for a People Operations Coordinator focused on the operational aspects of the onboarding program, managing logistics, systems, and processes for new hires. It involves coordinating travel, schedules, processing new hires in HRIS, managing communications, handling compliance documentation, creating onboarding materials, collecting feedback, and supporting onboarding automations. What you'd actually do

  1. Facilitate in-person onboarding for SF-based new hire cohorts — run orientation and make sure every new hire feels welcomed and ready from the start
  2. Own onboarding logistics end-to-end: coordinate travel bookings, manage orientation schedules and calendar invites
  3. Process new hires across our systems with accuracy and attention to downstream impact
  4. Manage new hire communications and answer questions
  5. Handle pre-employment and compliance processes, including background checks, right to work verification, and required document collection and filing across a dozen regions

  • 1–3 years in HR, People Ops, onboarding, event management, or a related operations or coordination role
