This role focuses on leveraging AI tools to optimize talent acquisition and internal knowledge management within a People Operations function. It involves assisting with AI rollouts, designing recruitment workflows, mapping HR processes, building an AI-ready wiki, and creating data-driven insights. The role requires fluency with AI systems like Glean and LLMs (Claude, Gemini) for tasks such as knowledge retrieval and policy synthesis.

What you'd actually do

  1. AI & Systems Integration: Assist in the rollout of AI to revolutionise how we source and engage talent, ensuring seamless connectivity across our tech stack.
  2. TA Process Architecture: Design and scale standardised recruitment workflows—from intake meetings to offer generation—to ensure a high-velocity, bias-free hiring experience.
  3. Process Mapping & Architecture: Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to document end-to-end workflows (onboarding, internal mobility, etc.) to bring clarity to global People processes.
  4. Knowledge Management: Build and maintain an AI-ready "PeopleOps Wiki," ensuring employees and candidates have self-service access to human-friendly information.
  5. Data-Driven Insights: Create dashboards to track the efficacy of AI-driven sourcing and identify "moments of truth" in the employee lifecycle to boost retention.
