Seeking a People Operations Specialist to provide seamless support to employees globally, ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities include managing HR documentation, overseeing onboarding and off-boarding processes, supporting employee job changes, maintaining employee files, and serving as a point of contact for HR inquiries. Requires 4+ years of HR administration/operations experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate and manage HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and other employee-related materials with precision and efficiency.
  2. Oversee new hire onboarding processes, including HRIS audits, coordinating background checks, and collaborating with IT for laptop delivery.
  3. Support employee job changes, such as promotions, salary adjustments, and international transfers, ensuring smooth transitions.
  4. Manage the off-boarding process, maintaining compliance and data integrity throughout.
  5. Create, maintain, and audit employee files to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
