This role is for a People Operations Specialist at Twilio, focusing on HR operational processes and employee lifecycle management. The role involves leveraging HRIS systems, providing HR support, partnering with other People functions, and maintaining data integrity. While the company uses AI to enhance its hiring process, this specific role is not directly involved in building or developing AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leverage the HRIS system to perform transactions, support employees, and internal stakeholders
  2. Provide HR support directly to employees and internal partners related to questions concerning: Benefits, Compensation, HR Policies, Relocation, Payroll, HR Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow), General HR related questions, Mobility and Immigration and other areas.
  3. Provide administration, communication, and processing in support of core HR processes.
  4. Partner closely with other People functions and HRBPs to execute HR Operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience, and data integrity.
  5. Provide mentorship and assistance for employees and managers on core HR policies and processes.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience running HR processes for Canada and US.
  • Experience working with Workday HCM.
  • Experince building dashboards and reports in Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to support decision making.
