What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure a smooth employee experience from the very beginning of a new Palantirian’s journey. The People Operations team is a critical gateway to helping employees connect with the valuable resources we offer and the team oversees the new hire experience for all hires. This includes, but is not limited to, sending offer letters, onboarding logistics, compliance tasks, and partnering with other internal teams.
  2. Create, implement, and own operational people initiatives such as internal transfer process, triaging inbound requests and partnering on HRIS process improvements.
  3. Identify areas of opportunity to streamline workflows and optimize operational programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
  4. Dive in and leverage People data to answer questions coming from the business.
  5. Manage programs across the People Operations team - this could be anything from vendor management to building SOPs/new workflows to meet emerging business needs.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a Human Resources/People team
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Ability to collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage high-volume workstreams while maintaining attention to detail
  • Track record of driving process improvements
