What you'd actually do

  1. Manage employee and manager inquiries related to offboarding processes, including complex and sensitive cases
  2. Own end-to-end case management for high-impact scenarios (e.g., involuntary terminations, escalations)
  3. Act as subject matter expert for country-specific offboarding processes, policies, and compliance requirements
  4. Execute end-to-end processing of involuntary terminations, including performance-related exits, job eliminations (JE), and other business-driven separations
  5. Partner closely with HR Consulting and business stakeholders to support termination readiness, documentation, and execution

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Strong experience handling complex or sensitive HR cases (e.g., involuntary terminations, escalations, compliance-driven processes)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, ideally with exposure to offboarding, employee lifecycle, or case management environments
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and case management tools
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional HR teams
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, regional or global environment with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of labour laws, payroll processes, and data privacy requirements is a strong advantage
