Seeking a People Operations professional to establish and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, HR operations, and recruiting operations for a fast-growing AI creative tools company. This is a foundational role requiring experience in building systems from scratch.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.
  2. Manage payroll and HR operations across our global team using Gusto and Deel.
  3. Set up and maintain recruiting operations: ATS configuration, sourcing pipelines, interview coordination, and on-site execution.
  4. Continuously improve hiring workflows and tools to improve signal quality, speed, and scalability.
  5. Handle benefits administration, visa requests, and policy documentation.

Skills

Required

  • 1-3 years in people ops, HR, or recruiting operations
  • organized

  • comfortable owning things end to end without a lot of hand-holding

Nice to have

  • Gusto, Deel, or similar payroll and HR platforms
  • Setting up or administering an ATS
  • Supporting recruiting operations incl. scheduling, coordination, pipeline management
