The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$248,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive business strategy and outcomes. Understand the organization’s product, business and goals, and drive people strategies and tactics to support it.
- Deliver high impact solutions to issues including organization design and leadership capability, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Partner with and coach executive leaders to develop their skills and improve team and organizational performance.
- Act with confidence and strong judgement in an inspiring and changing environment, instilling trust in everyone you interact with, and delivering thoughtful, bespoke and creative solutions.
- Be proactive and adaptable, anticipating and addressing issues before they arise. Utilize a data driven approach to partnering.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience working as a human resources (HR) business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while effectively prioritizing and delegating tasks.
- Ability to transition between planning and direct execution, demonstrating an understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of HR.
- Ability to cultivate trusting 1:1 relationships with executive leaders, to effectively influence decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work at a quick pace and balance many different tasks.
- Passion for driving organizational success and fostering a culture of excellence.
