Figma is seeking a People Partner for their EMEA region, focusing on supporting GTM teams. The role involves strengthening leadership capability, shaping organizational design, and aligning talent strategy with business priorities. The individual will partner with leaders, evolve team structures, coach senior leaders, and embed as a key stakeholder across the People Team. The role also involves exploring and embedding AI tools to enhance reach and impact within people operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the primary People Partner presence for the EMEA - the first point of contact for leaders across levels, GTM functions, and markets, bringing local context & understanding, and regional business understanding to your partnerships
  2. Work closely with functional People Partners to support the continued scaling of the teams in region by evolving team structures, roles, and operating models in line with business growth. Serve as the regional connector between functional People Partners and regional business leaders - translating global people priorities into locally relevant solutions
  3. Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and performance in a high-growth, target-driven environment
  4. Identify and address organisational friction points by improving cross-functional alignment and operational clarity across teams, proactively surface and embed regional context in your work with partners
  5. Embed as a key partner across cross-functional stakeholders, including functional People Partners, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations, to drive and deliver high-impact people initiatives
