Figma is seeking a People Partner for their Sales organization to support the scaling of their global revenue team. This role will partner with sales leadership to provide strategic guidance on leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders in high-growth companies, particularly in sales or revenue organizations, and possess strong skills in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with Sales Directors, VPs, and the Chief Revenue Officer as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and talent strategy
  2. Support the continued scaling of the Sales organization by evolving team structures, roles, and operating models in line with business growth and productivity goals
  3. Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and performance in a high-growth, quota-driven environment
  4. Partner with Sales leadership to evolve performance and compensation frameworks, talent planning, and succession strategies that drive business outcomes and accountability
  5. Identify and address organizational friction points by improving cross-functional alignment and operational clarity across the GTM pillar

Skills

Required

  • 8-10+ years of HR / People experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth company
  • Experience partnering with Sales or revenue organizations, with a strong understanding of quota-driven environments and go-to-market dynamics
  • Strong experience in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience supporting global or regionally distributed Sales organizations, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and translate business strategy into talent and organizational strategy
