Box is seeking a People Partner for their Sales teams. This role will partner with senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and HR initiatives. The position emphasizes using data-driven insights and leveraging AI to improve people programs and decision-making within a fast-paced, global tech environment. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a partner to senior business leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management.
  2. Execute the implementation of enterprise-wide HR initiatives (e.g., performance management, engagement surveys, inclusive culture) within assigned business units.
  3. Partner with executive stakeholders to design and drive talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent across global teams.
  4. Using data driven insights, provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, organizational design, and team restructures while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk mitigation practices.
  5. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business.
