This role supports the employee lifecycle and optimizes HR processes, acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries. Responsibilities include maintaining HR policies, executing HRIS processes, and supporting HR projects.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain a thorough understanding of our HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws, ensuring compliance with a focus on EMEA requirements
  2. Support the employee lifecyle by executing key processes in Workday, including onboarding and employee changes, while ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for global employee inquiries through our ticketing system, delivering timely, high-quality support in line with our SLAs
  4. Partner with cross-functional People teams to route and escalate inquiries as needed, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  5. Collaborate with team members and management to identify opportunities for process improvement

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong service orientation to internal and/or external customers
  • Receptive to feedback

  • Prior experience working with an HRIS system
