What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the Unit Head of Partnering to translate business priorities into a scalable roadmap, leveraging data-driven insights to guide organizational focus.
  2. Facilitate synchronization, leadership forums, and planning sessions to align priorities and objectives, tracking progress against milestones to ensure unified, effective execution across the leadership team.
  3. Lead the design and execution of critical initiatives, converting programs into actionable, scalable, and measurable cross-functional work streams.
  4. Define and implement comprehensive change management strategies for organizational reorganizations and mergers, acquisitions, and transfers, while proactively advocating AI automation to reduce manual effort and operational friction.
  5. Optimize governance flows between People and Culture teams, and provide advisory guidance on unit-specific context, process efficiency, and stakeholder alignment, while building cross-functional partnerships to align input and share knowledge.
