People Systems Analyst

This role is for a People Systems Analyst focused on Workday, with a requirement to leverage AI tools to improve and operationalize tasks and processes. The candidate should have experience experimenting with and building solutions using AI tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, gain deep understanding of key initiatives and business needs, conduct analysis & recommend system solutions
  2. Provide production support including triaging tickets, troubleshooting system issues, providing end-user support, researching alternative solutions and features, and delivering on enhancement requests
  3. Perform configuration and administration of business processes, notifications, set up elements, and completing EIBs across Workday modules
  4. Assess new Workday features and conduct regression testing during Workday release cycles
  5. Ensure data integrity across Workday and downstream systems; adhere to data governance, compliance, and security policies

What the JD emphasized
