Conduct testing, documentation, and validation of new People system functionalities and configurations to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and compliance with organizational requirements Lead end-to-end testing, documentation, and validation of new Workday functionalities, business process configurations, and semi-annual release updates, ensuring performance, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Continuously analyze the People Systems landscape; Workday modules, adjacent platforms, and integration touchpoints to identify optimization opportunities, reduce technical debt, and recommend enhancements that drive measurable efficiency gains. Lead cross-functional special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by People leadership; scoping requirements, managing stakeholder communication, and delivering on time. Qualifications 5-6 years of HRIS or People Operations experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow, JIRA. Must have experience utilizing an HRIS system, Workday preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, vendors, contractors in a professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Pay Disclosure The salary range for this role is $89,900 - $112,400 for Illinois based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
