This role is for a Performance and Development Director at Microsoft, focusing on designing and implementing global performance and development strategies. A key responsibility is leading the development and end-to-end implementation of agentic AI solutions within the P&D portfolio, optimizing prompts and embedding AI into core processes. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead cross-functional HR teams to incubate and scale innovative ideas, driving end-to-end execution across process, technology and AI-enabled solutions and continuous process and technology transformation.
  2. Leads the development and end-to-end implementation of agentic AI solutions across the P&D portfolio, proactively embedding AI into core processes and optimising high-quality prompts to drive accurate, context-driven outputs at scale.
  3. Embeds the Microsoft cultural attributes, leadership principles, talent, learning, and organizational development frameworks into performance and development programs/solutions (e.g.,Feedback Connects) across Microsoft.
  4. Manages and oversees large-scale programs to implement Performance & Development programs across the businesses.
  5. Evaluates business drivers to make a case for change adoption.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 8+ years experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources, finance, business, or related field; OR Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 6+ years experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources, finance, business, or related field; OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Psychology, or related field
  • 6+ years managing large-scale or complex projects/programs
  • 5+ years People Management experience, either direct or indirect through team leadership
  • Proven capability in prompt engineering or agentic AI implementation across either first party up to enterprise-wide scenarios.
