Performance Associate – Title Distribution & Promotion

This role focuses on managing and improving internal tooling for title distribution and promotion at Netflix. It involves driving custom global analyses, understanding member behavior, and developing experimentation frameworks for merchandising teams. What you'd actually do

  1. Managing the requirements and work with the performance lead on the long-term roadmaps for our internal and stakeholder-facing title promotional dashboard and drive execution in partnership with data science teams.
  2. Collaborating with local and functional teams on incorporating their input and feedback on the self-service tooling for Product Merchandising teams.
  3. Collaborating with local and functional analysts to provide insights regarding promotional activities for titles, member behavior on the product, and the effectiveness of merchandising strategies.
  4. Developing experimentation frameworks for the merchandising teams on new transformational ideas.
  5. Serving as a subject matter expert and a primary point of contact for promotional data, supporting core merchandising teams. This role will also support as a connector and liaison across different regions.

Skills

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytical and insight roles, ideally in Product or Content teams
  • Demonstrated experience with storytelling skills, especially with data analysis (visual slides, memos, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with developing roadmaps and executing plans on self-service tools
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently
  • Genuine interest and curiosity in Netflix’s business, product, content and the entertainment industry
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice to have

  • Initial experience with SQL is preferred
