Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to machine concept development, performance planning, and control requirements definition.
- Develop and validate performance and control strategies to meet product targets.
- Perform complex analysis to identify performance trends, market competitiveness, performance gaps, and control issues.
- Formulate and implement performance improvement strategies and resolve technical problems.
- Generate and manage machine performance specifications and ensure data accuracy to support related requirements.
- Communicate technical information clearly and accurately across internal and external teams, including engineering, suppliers, and customers.
- Make decisions that may impact project delivery, warranty, cost, customer perception, and technology adoption.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to less experienced engineers, technologists, and technicians.
- Stay current with evolving customer needs and emerging technologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Skill Descriptors
Product Testing: Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques and tools; ability to design, plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality at all stages of manufacturing.
Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience. Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.
Product Development in Manufacturing: Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques of product development; ability to design, build and manage manufacturing of new products.
Embedded Systems: Knowledge of embedded systems and their applications; ability to develop embedded systems with varying levels of complexity to control the operations of the machine it is embedded within.
Other Requirements
Advanced English listening, reading, writing and speaking skills, CET-6 or above.
**This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office. **
