The Performance & Digitalization Analyst role at Johnson & Johnson focuses on transforming data into actionable business insights to support the supply chain organization's digitalization journey. Responsibilities include developing analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting, identifying and implementing technological tools and automation solutions, and supporting the digitalization roadmap. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that track operational and business performance across key supply chain processes.
  2. Define, measure, and monitor KPIs to provide clear visibility into service, inventory, forecast accuracy, logistics, productivity, cost, and other critical business metrics.
  3. Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
  4. Support business reviews and decision-making forums by preparing insights, performance summaries, and data-driven storytelling that enable timely and informed actions.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements, standardize metrics, and improve data consistency and usability.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, , Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or a related field required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and communicating insights to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to define and track KPIs, create performance reporting, and support structured business reviews.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in Portuguese/Spanish; strong working proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in analytics, reporting, dashboard development, business intelligence, process improvement, or supply chain support roles preferred.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and other analytics or automation technologies preferred.
  • Exposure to digitalization, automation, workflow improvement, or systems implementation projects is preferred.
  • Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement or process optimization experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
