Performance Marketer

This role is for a Performance Marketer who will run paid search and social campaigns across various platforms, including emerging AI channels. A key responsibility is to build agents and automations using Lovable's AI platform to manage performance, budgets, and optimizations. The role requires significant technical depth in areas like data analytics, data engineering, or tracking and measurement, with an emphasis on hands-on execution and automation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Run paid search and paid social end to end.
  2. Build agents and automations with Lovable that read performance, pace and shift budgets, flag issues before they cost us, and make the changes.
  3. Keep a steady supply of diversified assets in market, and know which creative to push when.
  4. Use a DSP (DV360, Criteo, or The Trade Desk) to extend into prospecting, retargeting, and new inventory, and hold the same efficiency bar there as everywhere else.
  5. Build and debug the tracking (server-side/CAPI, pixels, cookies, consent, and deduplication), and write the queries that judge channels on incrementality instead of platform-reported ROAS alone.
