NVIDIA is seeking a Performance Modeling Architect to design, optimize, and explore future networking chips and solutions for supercomputers driving the AI and HPC industry. The role involves developing C++ simulation models to evaluate architectural options, analyzing communication patterns of DL, GAI, inference, and training applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex performance problems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop a C++ simulation model to define and evaluate architectural options for our next generation of networking products.
  2. Analyze and model the communication patterns of key DL, GAI, inference, and training applications.
  3. Explore innovative ideas to improve and optimize our chip systems performance.
  4. Collaborate and lead technical solutions within architecture, research, hardware, and software teams.
  5. Thoroughly understand our networking solutions across all performance related aspects
