Performance Producer

This role is for a Performance Producer within OpenAI's Creative team, focusing on scaling high-performing creative programs globally for performance marketing initiatives. The producer will manage end-to-end creative production, balancing speed, experimentation, creative excellence, and brand integrity, while building scalable production systems. They will partner with various internal teams and external agencies, leveraging audience insights and performance data to drive creative work. Experience with AI-generated content and AI tools for creative development is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. manage multiple parallel projects, making thoughtful trade-offs and driving viable solutions across timelines ranging from a day to several months.
  2. lead end-to-end creative production across performance marketing initiatives, helping teams translate audience insights, testing results, and performance data into the next wave of creative work.
  3. building scalable production systems that enable effective global campaigns.
  4. overseeing the full creative production lifecycle, from creative strategy and briefing through production, post-production, localization, trafficking, QA, and delivery.
  5. partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Analytics, Brand, Legal, Localization, and regional teams to deliver global campaigns at scale.
