This role focuses on analyzing promotional distribution, product behavior, and merchandising activations within the APAC markets for Netflix. It involves using self-serve tools, partnering with global teams to scale performance tracking dashboards, and understanding consumer behavior and promotional funnels. The role requires strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in analytical roles and technical expertise in experimentation and SQL.

What you'd actually do

  1. Promotional Distribution analyses for titles, catalog, on-service activations and the effectiveness of merchandising strategies in the APAC markets. This role demands a deep understanding of consumer behavior, promotional funnels, and product performance.
  2. Partnering with local Product Merchandising Leads and Market leaders to plan and measure local activations for priority titles and Netflix’s regional catalog.
  3. Working with the Global Performance team to support efforts to standardize distribution performance reporting, helping identify cross-region best practices to enhance scalability and consistency in analytics. This includes collaborating with the Global Performance team to evolve self-serve Merchandising dashboards/tools.
  4. Serving as a subject matter expert and a primary point of contact for promotional data in the APAC markets, supporting local Product Merchandising teams. This role will also support as a connector and liaison across different regions and the core team.
