This is a sales and product development program for Health Representatives at Pfizer. The program aims to train future Pfizer Health Representatives by providing interview experience, office immersion, mentorship, and certified training. Successful completion leads to a Product Introduction Representative Certificate and potential employment as a Pfizer Health Representative.

What you'd actually do

  1. Gaining professional interview experience and developing skills for future interviews.
  2. Spending a day at the Pfizer office with the field team to get to know Pfizer, the field, and our fun and enjoyable work environment.
  3. Receiving one-on-one career coaching from Pfizer Health Representatives to get to know the profession and the field closely and make a good start to your career.
  4. Participating in certified training programs to support your career and professional development.
  5. Having the opportunity to work at Pfizer in Pfizer Health Representative positions upon successful completion of the program and obtaining the Product Introduction Representative Certificate (ÜTT).

Skills

Required

  • Motivation to work as a Health Representative in the field organization of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Graduation with a bachelor's or master's degree as of June 2025 or June 2026.
  • Possession of a Class B driver's license.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Curiosity for learning and development.
  • Analytical skills.
