What you'd actually do

  1. Lead strategic direction, business performance, and financial management for complex activities within a Division or Global Business Unit.
  2. Manage people, technology, and financial resources, including those outside of direct authority, within a Division or Global Business Unit.
  3. Share knowledge and establish systems for knowledge-sharing across the Global Business Unit.
  4. Develop solutions to complex problems and hold accountability for decisions within the Division or Global Business Unit.
  5. Contribute to strategy development and execution, and manage talent and leadership development, including succession planning.

Skills

Required

  • BA/BS with 6-8 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 5-6 years of experiences in pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
  • Proficiency in data analysis coupled with logical and creative thinking
  • Demonstrated strong people management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in strategic planning and business development
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with financial valuation models

  • Experience working within cross-functional teams
