What you'd actually do

  1. In the designated area, achieve the target for designated products, market share and growth rate, and effectively utilize resources and control expenses
  2. According to the company's prescribed coverage and visit frequency of medical institutions, formulate and implement the corresponding visit plan for medical institutions
  3. Use appropriate promotion skills and effectively use product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including handling problems) to medical institutions, so that they understand and accept the characteristics and benefits of the products
  4. Maintain a high level of professional visits, continuously improve the satisfaction of medical institutions, and establish long-term and good cooperative relationships
  5. Explore the potential of the existing market and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the growth of the company's product market share
