What you'd actually do

  1. In the designated region, achieve the targets for designated products, market share and growth rate, and effectively utilize resources and control expenses
  2. Develop and implement a corresponding visit plan for medical institutions according to the company's specified medical institution coverage and visit frequency
  3. Utilize appropriate promotion skills and product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including handling issues) to medical institutions, enabling them to understand and accept the product's characteristics and benefits
  4. Maintain a high level of professional visits, continuously improve the satisfaction of medical institutions, and establish long-term good cooperative relationships
  5. Explore existing market potential and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the growth of the company's product market share
