What you'd actually do

  1. In the designated area, achieve target sales for designated products, market share, and growth rate, and effectively utilize resources and control expenses
  2. Develop and implement a corresponding medical institution visit plan according to the company's specified medical institution coverage and visit frequency
  3. Use appropriate promotion techniques and product materials to provide medical information and introduce products to medical institutions (including handling problems), so that they understand and accept the product's characteristics and benefits
  4. Maintain a high level of professional visits, continuously improve the satisfaction of medical institutions, and establish long-term good cooperative relationships
  5. Explore existing market potential and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the growth of the company's product market share
