职位描述：
在指定的区域内积极开展公司产品的介绍和推广，与客户建立并维持良好的业务关系，确保公司下达的各项目标的达成，同时保证公司产品的市场口碑与声誉。
工作职责：
产品推广
在指定的区域内, 达到指定产品的推广目标,并有效地利用资源
按照公司规定的客户覆盖和拜访频率，制定目标客户的拜访计划并实施
运用适当的推广技巧和有效地利用产品资料,向客户提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题)，使其了解并接受产品之特性和利益
保持高水准的专业拜访，不断提高客户的满意度,并建立长久良好的业务关系
挖掘现有客户潜力，并不断开发新客户，推动公司产品市场占有率的提升
执行公司市场开发策略和计划，完成新产品的进药计划
根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品
区域管理
通过区域目标管理，确立本辖区的目标和计划,达到预期的推广目标，并最大程度地开发辖区内的潜在市场
建立和及时更新、反馈并保持一个详尽而准确的客户资料,并利用这些资料来制定行动计划,安排拜访活动，有效及充分地利用时间
定期分析区域情况,确立潜在客户以及区域发展重点
及时通知客户及主管有关服务，产品，价格，供货渠道、市场发展等方面的信息
与市场和商务部配合，和负责医院内的专家保持良好的业务关系，以推动招标和医保目录评审
了解同领域其他产品及的市场情况,收集市场资讯,及时反馈,并提供相应意见
及时、准确地完成各项报表
有效、合理地使用公司的各项费用和资源
产品知识
掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识，确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致
通过不断学习,熟悉产品的有关资料并且熟练、灵活运用
充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料,以利于产品推广
阅读与产品有关的各类医学杂志,文章与报告
了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识
职业操守
确保在产品推广和日常工作中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度，保证自己的行为符合公司的道德准则和原则
保持良好的专业形象,着装符合职业标准，言行举止符合公司要求
具有敬业精神,对本职工作积极投入

要求：
学历背景:
本科或以上学历；本科，医学、药学或相关专业优先
工作经验:
2-3年医院销售代表工作经验；外资制药公司工作经验优先
技能:
岗位技能：产品及市场知识 ；销售技巧及流程；区域管理；业务的敏锐性；辅导他人
行为能力：以客户为中心；聆听；解决问题；正直可靠；以行动为导向
进阶行为能力：自我认识；表达技能；时间管理
