What you'd actually do

  1. In the designated region, achieve target sales, market share, and growth rate for designated products, and effectively utilize resources and control expenses
  2. Develop and implement a visit plan for medical institutions according to the company's specified coverage and visit frequency
  3. Utilize appropriate promotion techniques and product materials to provide medical information and introduce products to medical institutions (including handling issues), enabling them to understand and accept the product's characteristics and benefits
  4. Maintain a high level of professional visits, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and establish long-term, good cooperative relationships
  5. Explore the potential of the existing market and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the growth of the company's product market share
