Pharmaceutical Sales Territory Manager for Eli Lilly's Dermatology Specialty division. Responsible for account-based selling to healthcare providers, building relationships, and driving adoption of therapies. Requires understanding of territory, reimbursement, and clinical information. Focuses on sales activity, partner collaboration, and achieving sales goals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develops a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape and utilizes appropriate business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs.
  2. Systematically navigates the ever-changing healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders to become a trusted partner.
  3. Actively listens and adapts to verbal and non-verbal customer prompts throughout the call.
  4. Demonstrates high learning agility to understand clinical information / disease state, our product portfolio, and the therapeutic marketplace.
  5. Promotes the entire product portfolio by planning for and engaging in a patient centered dialogue with customers.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional certification or license required to perform in this position if required by a specific state
  • Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice to have

  • Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after completion of an undergraduate college degree
  • Other work experience following the completion of undergraduate degree, or a graduate degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, PharmD)
  • Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results
  • Account-based selling experience
  • Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts
  • Strong background in navigating within complex integrated health systems
  • Extensive experience or thorough understanding of specialty pharmacy distribution model
  • Selling injectable/infusion molecules in a complex reimbursement environment
  • History of working with multiple cross functional partners
  • Strong Learning agility, self-motivated, team focused, emotionally intelligent and influential
  • Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary
