Position Summary...
To provide exceptional customer service and assist in Photo Lab operations in order to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.
What you'll do...
Greets all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
Assists customers by promoting products/services, offering direction for use of self-serve equipment, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions and resolves customer issues and refers concerns to management where appropriate.
Executes workflow and customer orders, performs quality tests, calibrates equipment to ensure optimum results and monitors chemistry in equipment.
Maintains salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, signing and pricing merchandise.
Ensures proper handling of claims and returns, secures merchandise, identifies high shrink items and maintains a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures.
Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
Associates in the Photo Lab role occasionally handle Cash and are Cash Trained.
The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
