Software Engineer II with PHP experience to join the Workforce Management product team, focusing on building scalable backend systems for AI-powered customer service solutions. The role involves end-to-end SDLC ownership, technical decision-making, performance optimization, and mentoring.

What you'd actually do

  1. Write, test, review, and maintain high-quality PHP code and services used by millions worldwide.
  2. Deliver end-to-end work across the SDLC: design, implement, test, deploy, and operate features and services.
  3. Lead squad-level initiatives and collaborate with product, ops, and customer-facing teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
  4. Drive technical decision-making for your area: design APIs, event schemas, and data models; identify tradeoffs and recommend solutions.
  5. Tackle technical debt and refactor complex components; break large problems into manageable deliverables.
