This role provides post-sales technical support and solutions to Oracle customers, acting as a liaison between customers and Oracle for product-related issues. The engineer will troubleshoot installation, maintenance, and usage problems, requiring in-depth knowledge of Oracle products and platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base.
  2. Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.
  3. Respond to technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services.
  4. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating customer relationships with Support.
  5. Provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
