This role is for a Technical Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on demand generation for Oracle's technology solutions. The primary responsibilities include identifying, contacting, qualifying, and nurturing prospects through inbound and outbound efforts. The role requires a strong technical and business understanding to engage in consultative pre-sales conversations, identify customer needs and use cases, and convert leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Collaboration with marketing, sales, and pre-sales teams is essential, along with clear documentation of technical and business context. The ideal candidate has a background in Systems Engineering or related fields, B2B demand generation experience in technology, and strong communication and analytical skills.
