What you'd actually do

  1. Operate and maintain packaging equipment.
  2. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), documentation rules, and occupational safety and environmental regulations.
  3. Perform basic mathematical calculations for measurements, percentages, and proportions.
  4. Utilize computer systems such as Microsoft Office, process control systems, ePES, and inventory control systems like SAP.
  5. Maintain attention to detail and meticulousness in task completion.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Documentation Rules, Occupational and Environmental Safety
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Proficiency in computer systems (Microsoft Office, process control, ePES, SAP)
  • Availability for 3rd shift (12 hours) and flexible work hours
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

Nice to have

  • Technical or vocational course
  • Associate's or Technical Degree
  • Yellow Belt (Lean/Six-Sigma) certification
  • Verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
