Planning Clerk (fixed- Term 12 Months)

This role provides administrative support to the Planning team within Supply Chain Deliver, specifically in Warehouse & Distribution. Responsibilities include performing clerical activities for purchasing, managing the 90 Days process for raw materials, supporting the Buyer Team with supplier requests and customs importation, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role also emphasizes compliance with safety, environmental, and record management policies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform purchasing clerical activities, MRO, and other materials in the operating system (EOne).
  2. Perform 90 Days process of raw materials and other materials in the operating system (EOne), then follow up with source team for payment process.
  3. Will support Buyer Team with TMEC & COO request to suppliers and then pass the information to Customs Department for the correct importation of the goods.
  4. Will support all the related activities to maintain a high inventory accuracy.
  5. Follows all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.

Skills

Required

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access are required.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
  • Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred.
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
  • GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
  • Communication skills: oral and written.
  • Proficient in purchasing systems applications preferred.
  • Knowledge of EES MRP systems preferred.
