This role is for a Platform Marketing Campaign Manager on the Apple Store Online team, focusing on driving Greater China retail campaigns and shaping storytelling on key platforms. The manager will design and execute innovative campaign strategies, blend commercial marketing expertise with social knowledge, and build meaningful connections with the audience to create omni-channel experiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of Apple Retail campaigns across Greater China, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple platforms and touchpoints on aggressive timelines.
  2. Develop and own the retail social platform strategy and activation, designing compelling content storytelling and managing platform collaborations that drive customer consideration and purchase intent. Manage commercial relationships in the social space and executing high-impact collaborations that elevate Apple Retail's digital presence and cultural relevance.
  3. Partner closely with matrixed, international teams—including PR, Product Marketing, and MarCom—to align on overarching campaign objectives, manage complex approval processes, and deliver cohesive omni-channel storytelling.
