Product Manager for Cresta's enterprise AI platform, focusing on foundational capabilities like Identity and Access Management (IAM) to enable scaling, security, and reliable operation across complex customer environments. The role requires technical fluency, strong product judgment, and collaboration with engineering, security, and customer-facing teams to define and deliver platform features supporting both AI agents and human workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive foundational platform capabilities, starting with IAM, including authentication, authorization, user management, access control models, and auditability
  2. Define the roadmap and backlog for your product area, balancing customer needs, enterprise readiness, and long-term platform direction
  3. Partner closely with engineering and security to make product decisions, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive execution
  4. Work with Solution Architects and implementation teams to ensure platform capabilities are practical to deploy, integrate, and operate in real customer environments
  5. Bring structure to ambiguous problems, proactively drive decisions, and keep work moving across multiple parallel workstreams

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a technical / technical-adjacent role
  • Strong technical fluency
  • Strong product judgment
  • Ability to make clear decisions in ambiguous, systems-level problem spaces

  • Ability to work effectively across engineering, security, customer-facing, and implementation teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with identity, access, or permissions systems, such as IAM, RBAC, authentication flows, SSO, SCIM, or provisioning
  • Prior hands-on engineering experience or experience working deeply with technical systems
  • Experience with platform, infrastructure, developer-facing, enterprise SaaS, or other technically complex products
  • Familiarity with enterprise security or audit concepts, such as least privilege, audit logs, access governance, or compliance workflows
