This role provides technical support for application issues within The Trade Desk's digital advertising platform, ensuring incidents are resolved within SLAs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing ticketing systems, executing SQL queries, and contributing to documentation and training. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, SQL, HTML, and advanced Excel proficiency, along with AdTech experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support for application issues; ensuring that incidents within our platform or tools are addressed within established SLAs
  2. Multi-task, manage, and resolve technical application support requests
  3. Problem-solving and troubleshooting
  4. Executing stored procedures and querying our database using SQL.
  5. Maintain the company’s ticketing system; answer, troubleshoot, and resolve various technical issues related to The Trade Desk’s trading platform.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years relevant work experience as a technical support representative
  • 2+ years of AdTech experience
  • SQL
  • HTML
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
