Pmis Manager

This is a Project Management Information System (PMIS) Manager role within Deloitte's Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, focusing on public sector clients. The role involves leading client engagements, overseeing PMIS strategy and implementation, conducting analysis, developing roadmaps, managing project workstreams, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. It requires strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The role is not directly involved in AI/ML development or deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead client engagements focused PMIS strategy, project oversight, or implementation within the public sector
  2. Oversee PMIS quantitative and qualitative analysis, including market research, benchmarking, financial/business case analysis, and operational assessments
  3. Develop PMIS strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans for public sector transformation initiatives
  4. Manage preparation of clear, structured deliverables including presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and executive briefings
  5. Coordinate project workstreams, track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, and support day-to-day project management activities

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy, engineering, environmental studies, real estate, urban planning, architecture, sustainability, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant consulting, public sector, infrastructure, program management, PMIS experience
  • Experience with multiple PMIS solutions and implementations
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and written deliverables
  • Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
