Portfolio Management Senior Associate

This role supports a Portfolio Management team by assisting with client portfolios, including asset allocation, security selection, trade execution, risk management, and compliance. It involves engaging with clients, performing market analysis, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver integrated services. The role requires experience in financial institutions with a focus on high net worth client service and sales.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supports aspects of the client portfolio including asset allocation, portfolio construction, security/manager selection, trade execution, risk management and compliance, and investment reviews
  2. Assists with engaging clients to review investment performance and anticipated market changes based on economic and industry analysis
  3. Performs market analysis, gathers insights, and recommends strategies to support client's investment goals
  4. Supports Portfolio Managers with conducting portfolio composition analysis, asset allocation monitoring, and ensuring investment policy statement quality and completeness
  5. Manages and/or executes client investment transactions, while leveraging expertise in portfolio management

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service and sales
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Law desired
