This role is a Post-Sales Solution Consultant focused on strategic Big Tech/AI customers in the fintech domain. The primary responsibility is to lead complex customer solutioning for implementation and post-sales engagements, translating technical complexity into business value. The role partners with customers to design scalable solutions, guides proof-of-concept efforts, and acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on identity, fraud, risk, and regulated environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own post-sales technical solutioning for strategic Big Tech/AI customers, serving as a trusted advisor across implementation and ongoing customer engagements.
  2. Partner with customers to uncover business goals, operational constraints, and success criteria, then design scalable solutions that maximize value from Socure’s platform.
  3. Lead or support proof-of-concept design and execution in partnership with Data Science, ensuring clear metrics, governance, and measurable outcomes.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive delivery, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  5. Translate complex technical concepts, data findings, and product capabilities into clear recommendations for both technical and executive audiences.
