What you'd actually do

  1. Act as primary technical interface for customers on post-silicon validation and debug
  2. Enable and execute SoC/IP bring-up, validation, and feature enablement
  3. Drive issue triage, root cause analysis, and closure across HW/FW/SW layers
  4. Support customer setup for validation environments, tools, and automation
  5. Translate customer requirements into actionable inputs for internal teams

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in post-silicon validation (SoC or IP level)
  • Strong experience in silicon bring-up, validation, and debug
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, etc.)
  • Experience with scripting/programming (Python, C, Tcl or similar)
  • Solid understanding of system architecture and hardware-software interaction

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer-facing roles (FAE / onsite / customer support engineering)
  • Strong knowledge of high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet) and/or SoC subsystems
  • Familiarity with firmware, drivers, and system-level debug
  • Experience working across pre-silicon and post-silicon environments
  • Experience working with emulation platforms or validation environments
