Edison Engineering Development Program Early-Identification

任职要求：

1.理工科相关专业硕士（2027年7月前毕业），包括：

熟悉设计各种电力变换器拓扑（Buck, Boost, Flyback, Full-bridge, LLC 等）
熟悉 AC/DC 整流、DC/DC 变换、DC/AC 逆变、AC/AC 变换
能进行效率优化、环路稳定性分析、热设计
熟悉 SiC MOSFET、GaN HEMT 的特性与应用场景
熟悉 MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice, PLECS

2.实习时间不少于8周，每周至少4天

3.成绩优异，基础扎实

4.热爱研发工作，有长期发展意愿

5.富有探索精神、学习能力强

6.自我驱动，积极乐观，具备团队合作与问题解决能力

7.沟通表达能力强，英语书面与口语良好

8.能完成实习任务、培训及最终答辩或总结报告

9.有项目经验或可长期实习者优先
