Power-perf and Over Clocking Industry Immersion Intern

Internship role focused on power-performance and overclocking within client platform development at Intel. Requires enrollment in a relevant degree program, basic knowledge of product development, programming skills (Python, C++, Batch), and understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and computer hardware architecture. Preferred qualifications include statistical data analysis, data visualization, and understanding of overclocking and performance testing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute projects that align with Intel's business objectives.
  2. Learn and apply technical knowledge and methodologies in Client Platform development and innovation.
  3. Participate in brainstorming sessions, project reviews, and technical discussions to enhance problem-solving skills and gain industry insights.
  4. Engage in hands-on experience with tools and processes used by Intel's Power.
  5. Performance and Over Clocking development teams.
  6. Document results, lessons learned, and recommendations to contribute to strategic decision-making.
  7. Explore emerging trends and technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills

Required

  • Enrollment or graduate in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of product development practices and methodologies.
  • Python, C++, Batch programing skills
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, computer hardware architecture.
  • Intermediate English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
