Pp&e Specialist (ts/sci With Poly Required)

This role focuses on managing Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E) records, including tracking acquisitions, transfers, and disposals, validating capitalization vs. expense, and performing reconciliations. It also involves executing asset valuation and compliance activities, and providing advice on policies and procedures within a finance transformation context, specifically for government and public sector clients.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain PP&E records by tracking acquisitions, transfers, and disposals; validating capitalization vs. expense; and performing periodic reconciliations between the GL and property systems/trackers.
  2. Execute asset valuation and compliance activities (e.g., depreciation reviews, valuation support, audit requests).
  3. Provide advice on the adequacy (or creation) of policies and procedures.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • 5+ years of experience in fixed assets/PP&E tracking, valuation, and policy
  • 2+ years of experience within intelligence community
  • 5+ years of experience with IT invoices and purchase orders
  • Ability to co-locate in person 5 days per week in McLean, VA
