Johnson & Johnson is seeking a PR&O Regional Manager in Bogota, Colombia, to lead the Education Operations team for Surgery and EP. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, enhancing service delivery, and leading transformation through process design, optimization, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric mindset, compliance orientation, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing operations team supporting surgical education programs.
  2. Drive end-to-end process redesign and optimization to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of service delivery.
  3. Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort (desirable).
  4. Ensure a best-in-class customer experience for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and internal partners.
  5. Act as a change agent, leading the transformation of the operations function to align with strategic education priorities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or education environments.
  • Strong expertise in process improvement and optimization.
  • Experience with process automation tools and digital transformation initiatives (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulated environments (highly valued).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and transformation.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences.
  • Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
