This role is for a ProServe Account Executive at Amazon Web Services (AWS) focusing on the Financial Services sector. The primary responsibility is to engage with customers to understand their business needs and drive transformative projects involving IT strategy, cloud operations, and hybrid cloud solutions. The role involves building trust, identifying relevant AWS Professional Services offerings, creating proposals, securing SOW sign-offs, and ensuring successful project delivery to meet agreed customer business outcomes. Performance is measured by revenue, bookings, and customer satisfaction. The role requires experience in selling services within the technology/consulting sector, translating technical concepts into business value, and managing CRM systems.

  1. Lead business outcomes - ability to articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation
  2. Execution of long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps
  3. Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with AWS account team (direct sales).
  4. Establish Executive relationships across Business & Technology groups, executive sponsorship of programs
  5. Establish an internal network at AWS, most notably with internal organizations critical to success: Account Team (#OneTeam), Partner team, Finance, Legal
